Day 1: Yangon arrival (9m)
Upon arrival in Yangon international airport you will be greeted by our office representative and you will be transfer to your hotel. After reaching to hotel check in hotel and have a rest for a while and later on start your guided sight seen tour in Yangon city. Today you will be visiting Shwedagon Pagoda and Taukkyan War Cemetery and your guide will also share some interesting facts about the former capital and its famous attractions, later on you will go to visit the Thiri Mingalar market where you can observe the astounding way of community life of the people of Yangon as well as an opportunity to interact with them. After completing your sight seen, get back to hotel and have rest. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Sightseeing in Yangon
Your excursion begins with a tour through Yangon’s colonial style city central. Visit Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda where the biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar (73m long) is situated; Sule Pagoda - a landmark in downtown Yangon. Continue visit Swedaw Pagoda (Buddha’s Tooth Relic), Kabar Aye (World Peace Pagoda), Buddhist Museum and Mahapasana Cave where the Buddhist Synods are held.After a photo stop at the Karaweik Hall, a “hamsa-bird –shaped’s floating barge on Kadawgyi Lake, stroll through the Bogyoke (Scotts) market with hundreds of foods, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores, proceed to Yangon’s oldest Chinese temple and at the riverside located Botataung pagoda then visit the Shwedagon Paya- described by Somerset Maugham: "The Shwedagon rose superb, glistening with its gold, like a sudden hope in the dark night of the soul of which the mystics write, glistening against the fog and smoke of the thriving city." This massive bell-shaped stupa rises nearly 100 meters above its hill-top surroundings. Wander through this magnificent structure and its courtyards, stupas, bells, temples, and Buddha images, and see religious and secular visitors from all parts of the globe. Day 3: Fly to Bagan (72m)
Flight duration: 1 hour 20 mins
After your breakfast you will be transfer to the airport for domestic flight to Bagan. Upon arrival meet our office representative and you will be transfer to your hotel. Check in hotel and have a rest for a while and later on go for your full day guided sight seen tour by visiting Nyaung- OO market to see people way of life and continuing with visits to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples including Shwezigon Pagoda built by King Anawrahta in the early 11h as a religious shrine, Annanda temple, a white washed masterpiece of Mon architecture with four standing Buddhas, the adjacent brick monastery with the beautiful well preserved 18th century murals, Thatbinnyu temple known as "temples of omniscience" and dating from 1144 and the Sulamani temple. After that go to visit one of Myanmar's most treasured handicrafts, a lacquer ware house industry and then go to visit Pyitthagyi Temple, enjoy the sunset from here and after completing your sight seen get back to hotel and have rest. Day 4: Drive to Mount Popa and back to Bagan
After your breakfast get ready to start your guided sight seen tour to mount Popa. En route you will visit some villages where you can observe the simplicity and the native life style of a local people from here and observe the collection of juice from palm trees and its conversion into palm sugar as well. Rising out of the shimmering heat, the solitary volcanic crag of Mount Popa is home to Myanmar's most powerful volcano. Explore the surroundings and after completing your sight seen drive back to Bagan. Overnight in Bagan.
Day 5: Fly to Mandalay, sightseeing to Amarapura & Sagaing & drive back to Mandalay (78m)
Flight duration: 30 minutes
Have your breakfast in the morning and then you will be transfer to the airport for your flight to Mandalay. It will take you around 30 minutes to reach to Mandalay. Upon arrival at Mandalay airport meet our office representative and start your whole day guided sightseeing tour to Mandalay. firstly you will visit Amarapura: Maha Gandayone Monastery- home to several thousand young monks where you can watch the who;e monastery having their meal silently, 200 years olf U Bein teak bridge which was build in 1728 at the time when Amarapura was Royal capital. After that visit traditional hand- woven silk workshop teak posts and after that go to visit Sagaing by passing Ava bridge, enjoy the panoramic view at the top of the hill then visit Silversmith and Kaunghmudaw Pagoda, explore the surroundings and after completing your sight seen, drive back to Mandalay and check in hotel and have rest. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 6: Fly to Heho & drive to Pindaya & Kalaw (1344m)
Flight duration: 30 mins, Drive duration: 2 hours
Have your breakfast in the morning and then you will be transfer to the airport for a short flight to your next destination Heho. It will take you 30 mins to reach to Heho. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our tour guide and then drive to Pindaya through the Shan Plateau, through fields of mountain rice. Visit magnificent Pindaya caves set in a limestone ridge overlooking a picturesque lake where thousands of different types of Buddha images are on display in the various cave chanbers. You can also visit the local houses over here where families produce Shan paper and parasols and then drive to Kalaw which will take another 2 hours to reach. Kalaw is a popular hill station in the British days. You can enjoy cozy scences along the way, explore the surroundings and after completing your sight seen get back to hotel and have rest. Overnight in Kalaw.
Day 7: Kalaw to Nyaung Shwe Jetty to Inle (883m)
After your breakfast in the morning you will visit the colourful market to see people ways of life, visit christ the King church- a brick Catholic church and Hnee Paya- features a gold lacquered bamoo Buddha. Later on, drive to Nyaungshwe on the edge of the Inle lake: famous for its unique leg rower. It will take you around 2 hours to reach this place. After reaching to Nyaung Shwe, proceed to Inle Lake by local boat to hotel, check into the hotel then start an excursion tour by boat on Inle lake, heading to the middle of Inle lake including Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in Southern Shan state. Floating villages and gardens where fruit and vegetables are grown. Observe the traditional handicrafts- silk weaving on wooden handlooms and a blacksmith shop then stop by Ngaphechaung monastery which is famous for its (Jumping- cats show). After completing your sight seen, get back to hotel. Overnight in Inle.
Day 8: Sighseeing in Indein and back to Inle
After your breakfast in the hotel you will have a guided sight seen tour by boat on Inle lake which will includes sights of the famous leg rowers where a fisher man will row the boat with their legs and it is the traditional way of rowing the boat. Then visit the floating garden on Inle lake where you can observe the local methods of fishing along with the native village life style with the magnificent sceneries. Visit one of the local markets in the Inle lake region where you can observe the daily life activities of the local people being busy with their trading and shoppings. And then visit the western shore of Inle lake by boat to the beginning of a stair path leading to the hidden and unknown Inn Dein Pagoda complex, explore its surroundings and after completing your sight seen get back to hotel and have rest. Overnight in Inle.
Day 9: Fly back to Yangon (9m)
Flight duration: 45 mins
Have your breakfast in the hotel and then you will be transfer to Heho airport for your flight to Yangon. It will take you around 45 minutes to reach to Yangon. Upon arrival at the Yangon airport our office representative will meet you and start your sight seen to the Mahapasana cave where sixth Buddhist Synod was held then go to visit Kaba Aye Pagoda which is also known as world peace pagoda and then to Karaweik Royal Barge - a Royal floating barge on a lake for the fantastic photo view. After that check into your hotel and have a rest for a while and in the afternoon you will visit the Bogyoke market also known as Scotts market where you can see the 100 varities of food along with handicraft and gems store and then visit to China Town and Fruit market to see the evening life of Yangon and after completing your sight seen get back to your hotel and have rest. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 10: Departure
Have your breakfast in the morning and later on our office representative will come to hotel to receive you and you will be transfer to Yangon International airport for your departure regarding your flight time. Have a safe journey onwards.
