Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is a moderate trekking which commences from Bulbhule, a short drive (an hour) from Pokhara, which takes you to the foot of Mt. Annapurna Base Camp, 4130m and passes through Tilicho Base Camp and Tilicho Lake. Annapurna is also considered as one of the most magnificent peaks in the world. The sceneries seen throughout this trek decorates the landscape of the Himalayas, where imagination defines the beauty of nature and as an experience that can never be forgotten.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Aaltitude: 1400m

Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport, our representative will meet, greet and welcome you and transfer you to your confirmed hotel. You can rest relax and enjoy your time in the hotel or you can stroll around the city. Overnight at Hotel.


Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

After Breakfast, the guided full day sightseeing starts around Kathmandu. Here you can feast your eyes on the rich and colorful history of the country. The tour includes Kathmandu Durbar Square- houses the old royal palace of the Kathmandu kingdom, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple- swarming with monkeys), Pashupatinath- one of the most significant Hindu temple of Lord Shiva in the world, Boudha Stupa- one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu. You will be able to observe the country in its original status. From the top of the SwayambhuNath Temple to the fluttering of colorful prayer flags at Boudha Stupa, you will be able to feel the way of life of the people living in Kathmandu Valley. Day 3: Drive to Bhulbhule
Altitude: 840m, Hiking duration: 7/8 hours
After having Breakfast in the hotel, you will start your day with the drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule via Besisahar. You can see the beautiful view of Nepal's countryside and the beautiful scenery of rivers, streams. Jungles as well as mountains on a clear day. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 4: Bhulbhule to Chamje
Altitude: 1430m, Hiking duration: 7/8 hours
After breakfast in Bhulbhule, you will commence your trek to Chamje. You will have your Lunch served on the way to Chamje. You must walk through the steep and slippery trail running through paddy fields. After sometime the trail ascends through the rhododendron forest to Chamje. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 5: Chamje to Bagarchhap
Altitude: 2160m, Hiking duration: 3/4 hours 
Your day begins with a rocky trail to the village of Mustang, Tal (1675 m) following the Marsyangdi River. From here, you will cross flat valley, then ascend through stone staircase. Now, the journey continues to Dharapani 1890m where you will find a stone entrance, Chorten. Now you will enter the Bagarchhap village where you can see the typical flat-roofed stone houses of local Tibetan design. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 6: Bagarchhap to Chame
Altitude: 2630m, Hiking duration: 2/3 hours 
Today you have to walk through very rough and rocky trail to climb Timang at 2360m. From Timang you will walk through forest near the river to Kopar at 2590m. After having some rest, you will continue walking to reach your destination Chame, Headquarter of Manang district. From Chame, You can witness the fine views of Annapurna and nearby two small hot springs. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 7: Chame to Pisang
Altituded: 3300m, Hiking duration: 5/6 hours
Today, you will walk to Pisang. You will trek through steep and narrow valley totally covered by forest. You will cross  river , walk for some time and then cross another bridge at 3040m, from where you can see the towering Paungda Danda rock face. From there, the trail leads upward to Pisang, 3200m. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 8: Pisang to Manang
Altitude: 3500m, Hiking duration: 4/5 hours
Today, you will walk through the upper part of the Manang district, which is the rainshadow area shaded by Annapurna Range. People of this region are dependent on animal husbandry and agriculture farming. Leaving Pisang, there are alternate trails north and south of the Marsyangdi River which meet up again at Mungji. The southern route by the Hongde airstrip at 3325m involves less climbing than the northern route via Ghyaru, though there are better views on the trail that follows the northern bank of the river. From Mungji, the trail continues past the picturesque but partially hidden village of Bryanga at 3475m to nearby Manang at 3500m. Overnight Local Lodge.

Day 9: Acclimatization Day in Manang.
Today is your acclimatization day in Manang. You can visit around the village and enjoy viewing the wonderful sights around the village. Overnight Local Lodge.

Day 10: Trek to Khangsar Village
Altitude: 3756m, Hiking duration: 4 hours
After having Breakfast, you will start walking to reach Khangsar. Khangsar is a village development committee in Manang District. Khangsar village is located in north central of Nepal 3756m above sea. If the weather is clear you can see the wonderful view of various mountains. Overnight Local Lodge.

Day 11: Trekking to Tilicho Base Camp
Altitude: 4200m, Hiking duration: 5 hours
Today you will head towards the Tilicho Base Camp, from where you will start ascending to the world's highest lake; Tilicho located at the altitude of 4919 m above sea level. On the way you can see Blue sheep, Yak and other Alpine Faunas grazing in the meadow. You can also enjoy your walking as you will see the Alps like Gangapurna, Annapurna 3 etc from your walking trail. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 12 : Trek to Tilicho Lake and back down to Tilicho Base Camp
Altitude: 4919m/ 4200m, Hiking duration: 7/8 hours
Today, you will take your breakfast quiet early than other days and start walking to avoid the wind. From Base camp to the Tilicho Lake takes another 3-4 hours. In the afternoon and early morning, before sun, the temperature of Tilicho Lake remains quiet. After we spend some time around Tilicho Lake we will return same way back to Base Camp as there are no accommodation facilities at Tilicho Lake area. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 13: Trek to Yak Kharka
Altitude: 4000m, Hiking duration: 5 hours
Today, you will return back from Base Camp and Returning from Base camp you can follow an unmarked trail which will lead you around and down to cross the river on an old log bridge between Gumsang and Yak Kharka. From the river you will ascend upward to reach Yak Kharka (4,000m). Overnight Local Lodge.

Day 14: Trek to Thorung Phedi
Altitude: 4450m, Hiking duration: 5 hours
After having Breakfast in Yak Kharka, you will start walking up for two and half hour, then descend down to cross the river at 4310 m. Now, you will again ascend up to reach Thorong Phedi at 4450 m.  Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 15: Trek to Muktinath via Thorung La pass 
Altitude: 3800m/ 5416m, Hiking duration: 8 hours
Today, you will walk to reach an important Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage site, Muktinath. After having Breakfast, you will start ascending upward to Thorung La pass. You will cross the Thorang La Pass and with a short hike, you will reach at the top. Here, you will be rewarded by the magnificent view of the mountains. With another 4 hours trek you will reach the holy town of Muktinath. It is said that all sorrows you feel are relieved when you visit the temple, which is a scared pilgrimage site to both Hindus and Buddhists. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and has 108 waterspouts around it from which Holy water pours. Another attraction nearby is the Jwala Mai Temple this contains a spring and an eternal flame fed by natural underground gas. Overnight Local Lodge.

Day 16: Trek to Jomsom
Altitude: 2713m, Hiking duration: 6/7 hours
Early in the morning, you will visit the Muktinath temple. You can see the crystal clear views of the mountains and surrounding areas in the morning. You can also see many Pilgrims visiting and worshipping Muktinath temple. There are 108 water taps and two small ponds. The Hindu people believe that if you take bath on 108 taps (108 is a sacred number in Tibetan Buddhism), of cow shaped cow heads; All your sins which you committed in your past life will be washed out and the door of heaven will be opened for you after you leave this world. After a short walk, you will pass through Chortens is the Dhola mebar Gompa, or Jwalamai (goddess of fire) temple, where a holy flame of natural gas burns behind a grill just above the spring. After early morning visit you will have your breakfast then start trek to Jomsom via Jharkot village, Kagbeni, Ekle Bhatti. You will reach Jomsom and checkin to your lodge. Overnight Local Lodge.


Day 17: Fly back to Pokhara
You will have early breakfast in the lodge and you will head towards airport to catch the flight to Pokhara, a lake paradise city. It will take about 30 minutes to reach Pokhara. During the flight you can see many mountains as well as the trail down to Tatopani /Ghorepani. Check in to Hotel in Pokhara. You have a full day to stroll around the city Pokhara. you can enjoy roaming around the lake side as well as you can have fun by boating in the Phewa lake and witness the view and shadow of Annapurna, Machhapuchre, and Dhaulagiri Mountains on the water of Phewa lake. Overnight hotel.


Day 18: Drive back to Kathmandu
Drive duration: 6/7 hours
After having Breakfast in the Hotel, you will catch the bus to drive back to Kathmandu.Arrive Kathmandu and check in to Hotel. Overnight hotel.


Day 19: Departure
Finally, today is the last day of your Nepal program. After having breakfast, you will pack your luggage, get fresh and check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to the International airport to catch the flight for your onward destination.
