    Day 1: Kathmandu to Chisapaani via Sundarijal (2300m)

    Drive duration: 1/2 hours, Hike duration: 5/6 hours

    Today you will drive to Sundarijal. Sundarijal is the busy picnic spot of the valley-dwellers on public holidays. Lush greenery, sources of water and serene environment greet you as soon as you reach there. From here, your hike to Chisapani starts. Walking through a few settlements and through the dense forest of Shivapuri with variety of birds and chances of sighting wild animals, yuou arrive at Chisapani. There is an added fun of having packed lunch on the way. The total duration of the hike isaround five to six hours. Chisapani is a Sherpa village, offering grand views of the mountains. Relieve yourself in the evening by watching a picturesque sunset from the village, and get back to tea house to spend the night. Overnight in Chisapani.


    Day 2: Chisapaani to Nagarkot (2175m)

    Hike duration: 3/4 hours

    After breakfast, you will start your trek with the mesmerizing mountain views, your trek starts to Nagarkot from Chisaspani, which will take around 3 to 4 hours. After about 2 hours of pleasant walk, you will reach to the Chauki Bhanjyang, where you will stop for a short break and for your lunch. You will take enough time during lunch along with absorbing the cultural highlights of the village. Then resume your trek through frequent mid-hill villages and terraced farmlands to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is the most popular hill station around Kathmandu Valley, which offers stunning views of the spectacular and majestic Himalayas, deep valleys and lush pine forests in a quaint rural atmosphere. In addition, the sunrise and sunset views from this exotic hilltop are probably one of the best views that you can have in Nepal. After reaching to Nagarkot check in hotel and have a rest and later on you can explore the nearby village and surroundings. Overnight in Nagarkot.


    Day 3: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (1550m)

    Hike duration: 5/6 hours

    Wake up early in the morning to view the magnificent sunrise and after that have your breakfast, later on from Nagarkot, hike towards Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is the second best view center nearby Kathmandu and is also 30 kilometers far away from Kathmandu where you will enjoy with different Hindu temple and pure local newari culture and beautiful Himalayan scenery of Gaurishankar 7145m, Dorje Lakpa 6988m, Langtang Lirung 7246m, Ganesh Himal 7604m, Rolwaling Himalayan region. Your trail will take you first passing through the pine forest alongside road head with occasional encounter with wildlife then you hike past beautiful countryside, villages (especially of Tamang community), small tea-shops, farmlands etc. The trail passes along Rhonnie Bhanjyang, Kankre, Tanchok witnessing majestic panorama of the mountains like Gauri Shankhar, Dorje Lhakpa. Soon, Dhulikhel is reached and admire majestic Himalayan views and the valley below from its hilltop.Overnight in Dhulikhel.


    Day 4: Dhulikhel to Balthali via Namo Buddha (1507m)

    Hike duration: 4/5 hours

    Have your breakfast then get ready to head towards Balthali. Build a perfect picture of an idyllic countryside before you start your hike today. You get yourself very surprised in the evening to have done a very good hike of your lifetime. Touchy view of fertile farms and villages lie on the way as we move ahead of Dhulikhel. This part of the countryside to the east of Kathmandu is at its best, with streams and rivers, forests and farmlands, hills and plateaus, all spread out before you like the pictures in a painter’s canvass. When you stand on the premises of a grand monastery in Namo Buddha, you will simply be bowled over by its magnificence. View your surroundings, you will see enjoy equally good views, down from the stream-basins to the mountaintops. In the evening, stay at Balthali Village Resort, built atop a beautiful hillock with best surrounding scenes. Overnight in Balthali.


    Day 5: Balthali to Kathmandu via Khopasi (1414m)
    Hike Duration: 2/3 hours, Drive duration: 1/2 hours
    After your breakfast get ready to hike towards Khopasi. It will take you around 2 to 3 hours to reach to Khopasi from Balthali. Khopasi is another typical old village in Nepal. Today hike is equally refreshing and equally exciting as you move through the heart of rural life on this day as well. On the way you can view the beautiful Panauti village by the bank of Bagmati river. Panauti is a typical old newari village with lots of shrines and temples around. After reaching to the base of Khopasi, appreciating all this, you wind up your tour driving back to Kathmandu.
