The tourist police office is located near Nepal Tourism Development Board’s office.They are well trained and fluent in English to assist foreigners. You can always call 100 for police assistance.
In the morning, our team will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Galeshwor along the bank of Kali Gandaki river which takes about 3 hours. Start trekking to Bans Kharka for about 3 hours. From Galeshwor, you will be mostly ascending up and on the way, you will be crossing the suspension bridge over the deepest gorge "Kali Gandaki river" and then your path will take you through the lush green forest and after some decent hike you will reach to bans Kharka. Overnight at community lodge.
Our destination for the day is Nangi. It is about 6 to7 hours walk from Bans Kharak to reach Nagi which goes along beautiful villages, stunning views of mountains and impressive landscapes. We also visit organic farm school and Magar settlement on this day. Overnight at eco-community lodge.
Continuing our trekking, we reach our destination i.e. Mohare Danda. The trail goes through beautiful forests of Oak and Rhododendrons with magnificent views of mountains such as Mt. Fishtail, south Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Tukche and many more. In the evening, you will observe a glorious sunset view from Mohare Danda station and after completing your sight seen get back to eco-community management lodge. Overnight in eco-community lodge.
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise view and crystal clear views of mountains such as mount Fishtail, Dhaulagiri I, Dhaulagiri II, Tukche, South Annapurna, Nilgiri, and others. Afterward, start your trek towards Deurali. Today your trail will lead you through the gradual ups and downs until you reach to Ghorepani. It is about 5 hours walk to reach Ghorepani from Mohare Danda. Upon arrival check in the lodge and have rest. Overnight in eco-community lodge.
You will begin the trek to Poon Hill (3210m) in the early morning to catch the first ray of sunlight. The pleasant sunrise at Poonhill trek passes through culturally rich villages that are set against the background of majestic mountains. Along with sunrise view over Mt. Annapurna, Poonhill also offers panoramic views of several mountains including Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountains. You will return and have your breakfast at Ghorepani, and then commence trek to Ghandruk village. As the trail moves across a group of flatlands, forest, cultivated lands and a suspension bridge over Khumnu Khola, you arrive at the scenic & beautiful village of Ghandruk after hiking for 6 to 7 hours. A supreme vantage point in this pristine & serene village offers breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, Machhapuchhare, and Hiunchuli. Several hotels and teahouses at the village give us a warm welcome with sincere Nepalese hospitality while catering to the requirements of all trekkers’ who hit the trail through this village. Camping in its terraced fields give you the open wild feelings of adventure. Overnight in eco-community lodge.
Today is the last day of our program. After breakfast, you will descend down to Nayapul and to reach to Nayapul it will take you around 5 hours. Following the trail paved by stones; you will walk through some beautiful villages and terrace framings. After crossing Modikhola, you will reach to Birethanti. And then half an hour walk from Birethanti, you will enter Nayapool and from here, our private vehicle will be waiting for you. On reaching Pokhara, you will be transferred to your hotel.
