Introductory provision:

The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services as a tour operator. These terms and conditions apply to all customers, including individuals and groups, who purchase tour packages from us. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Company refers to Asian Heritage Treks & Asian Heritage Travel  (P.) Ltd.
  2. Customer refers to any person or organization trading with the Company or its employees or sub-contractors whether relating to the Companies products or services
  3. Contract refers to the agreement between the Company and the Customer in relation to a booking.
  4. Tour package refers to any activity, trek, tour, course, accommodation or service offered by the Company.
  5. Working days mean:  Sundays to Fridays, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
  6. Office hours mean:  Sundays to Fridays from 09:00-18:00, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
  7. Group member refers to an individual who falls within a group which is related to a Holiday package being offered by the Company.

Terms & Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions, together with all information relating to your chosen tour package, shall be part of the Contract between Asian Heritage Treks & Asian Heritage Travel  (P.) Ltd. (“the Company”) and you (“the Customer”). Please read them carefully as they set out your and our respective rights and obligations. By asking the Company to confirm your booking, the Company is entitled to assume that the Customer has had the opportunity to read these booking conditions and legally agrees to abide by them.


When you confirm the tour package, we need a photo copy of your passport and upon the creation of the Contract; a deposit must be paid depending on the chosen tour package, and total sum of the tour package. The remainder of the travel sum must be received by the Company no later than 14 days before the day of departure of trip. In case of last-minute booking (30 days prior to the departure date) the full sum must be paid upon booking.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment for tour packages must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, your booking may be cancelled.

Asian Heritage Treks & Asian Heritage Travel  (P.) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the following:

  • Injury, accident, illness, death while on the Holiday package unless negligence is proven against the Company.
  • The loss, theft or damage to valuable or personal property such as camera, sunglasses, luggage. (you need to manage your self insurance for valuable goods)
  • Alterations in the itinerary, and any subsequent costs, resulting from such events as illness of a Group member, unsafe weather conditions, delayed flights, and non-granting of permits or visas.
  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to the tour start date: full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
  • 15 to 30 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days prior to the tour start date: no refund.
  1. Responsibilities

Our responsibilities as a tour operator include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing transportation and accommodation for the duration of the tour.
  • Providing tour guides and other necessary personnel.
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers.

Your responsibilities as a customer include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing accurate information, including passport details and any special requirements.
  • Adhering to all rules and regulations, including those of local authorities and tour operators.
  • Behaving in a responsible manner that does not compromise the safety or enjoyment of other tour participants.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability in all cases is limited to the total fee paid for the tour package.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tour takes place.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

  1. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the tour operator and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
