Itinerary

Day 1Early morning drive to Bouddhanath, Hike to Guhyeshwori Temple & Pashupatinath Temple, Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swayambhunath and Drive back to Hotel

After breakfast at your hotel, your private driver will pick you up and drive you to Bouddhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Take your time to explore the stupa, spin the prayer wheels, and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.

Next, you’ll visit Guhyeshwori Temple which is a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Guhyeshwori. You will also visit Pashupatinath Temple which is a significant Hindu complex dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Afterward, you’ll proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic square that houses palaces, temples, and courtyards. Immerse yourself in the architectural wonders of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar (home of the living goddess), and various pagoda-style temples. Explore the square and learn about the rich history and cultural heritage of Nepal. You can enjoy your Lunch at a nearby restaurant, where you can savor local cuisine and take a break from sightseeing.
