Nepal is a land of numerous rapidly flowing rivers that have been providing fun and exciting river rafting adventures. Today we will drive to Lomosangu in the early morning. Drive to Lomosangu-Dam from Kathmandu, it is 95 km east. This is a spectacular drive through villages, and if the weather permits, you will have fantastic mountain views. Then you will be guided by professional rafters who will provide valuable guidance and tips. The leader will give a lesson on river safety, paddling techniques, and some rescue tips for safety. Shortly, we will enter the river with our life jackets and helmets on. Then our grade 4 rafting journey begins with all the ups and downs and exciting flips. Today we will end our raft at Barhabise. We will set our camp and spend our night here, enjoying the surroundings and the silently flowing river.

Today, after breakfast, we will set out our equipment and hit again in class 3, rapidly starting from the upper section. You have a second chance to show how your raft team can work well together in challenging rapids. We have lunch on the river and continue the action until the take-out point, Dolalghat Bazaar, about 2 to 3 p.m., and drive back to Kathmandu.
