This journey offers an intimate encounter with the highest peaks on earth, including Mount Everest. In addition, it showcases the serene beauty of the Gokyo Lakes. You will depart from Kathmandu, flying over the culturally rich Kathmandu Valley and then to the snow-capped Everest region.
The helicopter lands at either Everest Base Camp or Kala Patthar, depending on weather conditions. This provides a unique opportunity to step foot in the foothills of Mount Everest. The tour then heads towards the pristine Gokyo Lakes, famed for their turquoise-blue waters amidst rugged mountainous landscapes.

6:30 a.m.: Your adventure begins early with a pick-up from your hotel in Kathmandu by a representative. You’ll be transported to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport.
7:30 a.m.: After a quick safety briefing and an introduction to your pilot, your helicopter tour starts. As you ascend, you’ll enjoy scenic views of the Kathmandu Valley and transition into the stunning panorama of the Himalayas.
8:30 a.m.: En route to Everest Base Camp, you’ll marvel at the breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks including Cho Oyu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
9:30 a.m.: The helicopter lands at Kala Patthar (5,643m), one of the best viewpoints for Mount Everest. Spend about 10–15 minutes here to take photos and experience the awe-inspiring grandeur of the majestic Himalayas.
9:45 a.m.: Next, fly to Gokyo Lake, a mesmerizing turquoise high-altitude lake. Here, you’ll have a chance to land and enjoy the serene beauty of the Himalayan peaks surrounding the lake.
10:15 a.m.: Depart Gokyo Lake and head towards the Everest View Hotel in Syangboche. Here, you’ll land for a well-earned breakfast with Everest and its surrounding peaks as your dining backdrop.
11:00 a.m.: After breakfast, begin your return flight to Kathmandu, once again enjoying the remarkable aerial views of the Everest region.
12:00 a.m.: Arrival back at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. From here, you will be transferred back to your hotel, marking the end of an unforgettable journey.
