Tour Details

Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan Highlights, and Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the preferred trekking destinations in Nepal. Many trekkers from all around the world consider the Annapurna Base Camp Trek to be the best epicenter. Naturally, Annapurna has a higher glacier basin that is located 40 kilometers directly to the north of Pokhara. Over 4,000 meters high, the plateau has an oval form. Additionally, it has stunning mountains with snow-capped peaks all around it.  Annapurna Base Camp offers breathtaking views of the Fishtail, Hiunchuli, Annapurna Massif, Dhaulagiri, Tiricho, Pisan, and Pungda Danda. Only 7 hours of sunlight are available to the Annapurna throughout the summer. A strange blend of depths and heights can be highly memorable.

Since you trek inside the Annapurna Conservation Area, the ABC Trek is also known as the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek. The Gurung and Magar settlements, as well as a variety of plants and animals, may be found in the Annapurna Sanctuary, which is encircled by the Annapurna peaks. The sanctuary has a healthy Himalayan environment with drier regions because of its distinctive topography. There are also picturesque Thakali villages in the area, located on the foothills of the Annapurna mountain.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Difficulty

This journey is quite modest in terms of difficulty and doesn’t require highly developed physical fitness levels, therefore everyone may appreciate and take delight in wandering through nature while on this trek. Your body can adjust to the high altitude by trekking to Annapurna Base Camp via Ghorepani. Additionally, it helps you maintain better physical condition so that you can take physically demanding cardio walks in thin air. Visitors with prior trekking experience and a fit body can complete the trek quickly. Our journey will take us up to a height of 4,130 meters above sea level.

Best Time to Trek Annapurna Base Camp

The shoulder seasons between April – May (Spring) and October – November (Autumn), which are regarded as the pre-monsoon and pre-winter periods, are the optimum times to trek to the Annapurna Base Camp. Depending on the altitude, the temperature is freezing at night and just moderately hot during the day when trekking. Additionally, there is less likelihood of rain during this time, and you will enjoy having consecutive clear days, which is ideal for hiking.
