Get ready to explore a lively city with our guide, who will pick you up from your hotel. We’ll start our Kathmandu visit package by visiting the famous Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, where you’ll see amazing views of the Kathmandu Valley after climbing its steps. This place is a mix of Hindu and Buddhist traditions and has great cultural and spiritual importance.
Next, we’ll head to Kathmandu Durbar Square, an ancient royal palace complex with temples and interesting architecture. Then, we’ll visit the majestic Boudhanath Stupa, one of the biggest stupas in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site treasured by Tibetan Buddhists in Nepal. You’ll have some free time here to have lunch and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while observing the local devotees and their religious rituals.
Afterward, we’ll go to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, an important pilgrimage site for Hindus located along the Bagmati River. This temple is also a place where cremation ceremonies take place. In the evening, experience the enchanting sandhya aarti, a prayer ritual featuring flickering lights and soulful chants that illuminate the temple and riverbanks, captivating all who witness it.

On the final day of your 3-Day Kathmandu Visit Package, we will start the day by visiting Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient square is renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture, intricate wood carvings, and stunning temples. You will have the opportunity to explore the historical alleys, witness the traditional Newari architecture, and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of this ancient city.
The square also houses several museums where you can learn about the history and art of the region. While in Bhaktapur, you will have the chance to experience the charm of local crafts and handicrafts up close. If you are interested, you can participate in creating traditional handicrafts. In the afternoon, we will visit the ancient Changunarayan Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple is yet another UNESCO World Heritage site and is known for its intricate stone and metal carvings. You can take in the spiritual aura of the temple and admire the artistic craftsmanship that has withstood the test of time.
Next, we’ll head to the nearby hilltop of Nagarkot, which is famous for its panoramic views of the Himalayas. On a clear day, you can catch a glimpse of the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, along with other majestic peaks. The sunset from Nagarkot is also a sight to behold, as it bathes the entire landscape in mesmerizing hues.
