The package takes you through the magnificent forts and buildings of Jaipur, the quaint and heritage-filled Mandawa, the golden desert of Bikaner, the desert city of Jaisalmer, the bustling city of Jodhpur, and the romantic Udaipur.

Your journey is beginning in Jaipur, the Pink City, where history comes alive at the majestic Amer Fort. Marvel at the intricate facade of Hawa Mahal. Explore the fascinating astronomical instruments at Jantar Mantar. Experience an evening of authentic Rajasthani culture at Chokhi Dhani, featuring local cuisine, music, and dance.

As you continue your drive to Mandawa, you’ll walk past beautiful havelis adorned with the artistic heritage of Rajasthani trading dynasties. In Bikaner, you’ll find impressive palaces and sacred temples that symbolize royal wealth and spiritual fervor.

The Golden City of Jaisalmer is truly a destination to look forward to in the course of the Magnificent Rajasthan tour. The breathtaking Jaisalmer Fort, built dramatically in the Thar Desert, is a treat to visit. The lively streets filled with beautiful sandstone designs and the spectacular view of a camel safari amidst the desert sky painted with shades of golden sunset are indeed wonderful experiences.

In Jodhpur, also known as the Blue City, gaze in awe at the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, whose battlements offer spectacular views over blue-washed houses. The next destination on your trip is the romantic city of Udaipur, whose City Palace looks out over the beautiful Lake Pichola.

Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Jaipur

Welcome to Jaipur! Upon arrival at Jaipur International Airport/railway station, you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will ensure your transfer to your hotel. Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, is one of India’s most famous cities! With many marvellous forts and palaces, vibrant markets, and top-notch cuisine, this city has enthralled visitors from all corners of the world. Upon arrival, head towards your hotel, complete the check-in procedure, and take a rest.

Day 2Sightseeing in Jaipur

After breakfast, your sightseeing tour of Jaipur begins with a visit to Amer Fort, where you’ll enjoy an elephant ride up to the fort, home to stunning palaces and courtyards that once housed Rajput royals. Then, head to the old city to explore Hawa Mahal, a five-story palace with latticed windows resembling Lord Krishna’s crown, the City Palace, still home to Jaipur’s royal descendants, and Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 19 astronomical instruments, including the world’s largest sundial. Next, visit Jal Mahal, a palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, originally built as a hunting lodge by Maharaja Madho Singh I, with four of its five floors submerged. The tour ends with a traditional Rajasthani meal and cultural program at Choki Dhani, a village-themed restaurant (meal cost not included).

Day 3Drive from Jaipur to Mandawa and sightseeing in Mandawa (Driving Duration 3/4 hours)

After having breakfast, drive to Mandawa, a journey of about 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive, check in and rest before heading out for sightseeing. Explore Binsidhar Newatia Haveli, Castle Mandawa Hotel (Mandawa Fort), and Murmuria Haveli; each offering a glimpse into the lavish lifestyle of Rajput rulers from the 18th and 19th centuries. The Castle Mandawa Hotel, a stunning blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, is a highlight for history lovers. After your tour, return to your hotel.

Day 4Drive from Mandawa to Bikaner (Driving Duration 3/4 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Bikaner and begin your sightseeing with a visit to Jamnagar Fort, known for its stunning palaces, temples, pavilions, and museum blending Gujarati and Mughal architecture. Next, visit the unique Karni Mata Temple, or the “rat temple,” where hundreds of rats are revered as the reincarnated souls of the goddess’s descendants. Continue exploring with visits to the elegant Gajner Palace and Lalgarh Palace, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day 5Drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer and sightseeing in Jaisalmer (Driving Duration 5/6 hours)

After breakfast, drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer, a journey of about 5 to 6 hours. Upon arrival, begin your sightseeing with a visit to the iconic Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its golden-hued walls and intricate architecture. Explore the beautiful havelis like Patwon Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli, showcasing stunning Rajasthani craftsmanship. Don’t miss the tranquil Gadisar Lake, surrounded by temples and ghats, before ending your day with a visit to the desert for a camel ride at sunset.

Day 6Sightseeing in Jaisalmer and desert safari

Today, after having your breakfast, you will be visiting Jaisalmer Fort, Hindu and Jain Temples, Salim/Salam Singh Ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli, and Kothari’s Patwon Ki Haveli (also known as Patwa Haveli), which are Jaywalker’s ancient and historical destinations.

In the evening, you will go on a magical desert safari to Samma Sand Dunes, where you will be staying overnight in a luxurious Swiss tent. The desert safari is a one-of-a-kind experience where you can go on an epic camel safari according to your convenience. Along with this, for a cultural experience, you will also enjoy the traditional and vibrant Rajasthani folk dance and songs with an evening campfire, accompanied by a cultural program. After all these activities are finished, enjoy your overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 7Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur and sightseeing in Jodhpur (Driving Duration: 5/6 hours)

After breakfast, drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, a journey of about 5 to 6 hours. Once in Jodhpur, start your sightseeing with the impressive Mehrangarh Fort, perched on a hill with panoramic views of the Blue City. Inside, explore the museum and the palaces filled with artifacts from Rajasthan’s royal history. Visit Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble cenotaph dedicated to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, and stroll through the vibrant markets of the Clock Tower and Sardar Market. Don’t miss the stunning Umaid Bhawan Palace, a majestic blend of Indian and Western architectural styles.

Day 8Drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur (Driving Duration: 5/6 hours)

On the way, make a stop at the charming town of Nathdwara, famous for the Shreenathji Temple, which attracts pilgrims from all over India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and is known for its stunning architecture and serene atmosphere. Continue your journey through the hills, enjoying the beautiful landscapes, before arriving in Udaipur, the “City of Lakes.”

Day 9Udaipur highlight tour

Udaipur, known as the “City of Lakes,” offers a captivating blend of royal history and natural beauty. Start with a visit to the magnificent City Palace, a sprawling complex with stunning courtyards, museums, and breathtaking views of Lake Pichola. Take a boat ride on Lake Pichola to visit Jag Mandir, a peaceful palace on the lake. Explore the serene Saheliyon Ki Bari, a beautiful garden once used by the royal women, and the intricate Jagdish Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. You will also explore the Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace for panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills.

Day 10Drive from Udaipur to Jaipur (Driving Duration 6/7 hours)

After breakfast, drive from Udaipur to Jaipur, a journey of approximately 6 to 7 hours. Along the way, enjoy the scenic landscapes of Rajasthan, passing through rolling hills, rustic villages, and vast fields. You can stop for a brief rest at roadside dhabas, experiencing the local flavour of Rajasthani cuisine.

Day 11Departure
