Mohare Hill station is situated at an elevation of 3,300m above sea level. You can view the glorious sunrise and sunset views over the glittering mountains.

It offers the best sunrise view that sets against the backdrop of majestic mountains. The trek goes along small winding paths through dense rhododendron forests. The magnificence of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre (also known as the Fishtail). Tour Detail

The tour starts from Pokhara, and heads to Galeshwor, a picturesque city nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. Known for its tranquil lakes, lush green hills, and stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range, Pokhara is a perfect starting point for your adventure. As you leave Pokhara, the road winds through verdant valleys and terraced farmlands, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The drive takes you along the banks of the Kali Gandaki River, one of the major rivers of Nepal. Along the way, you’ll pass through charming villages where you can witness the traditional lifestyle of the local people

Itinerary

Day 1Drive From Pokhara To Galeshwor & Hike To Bans Kharka (1525 M), (Driving Duration: 3 Hours, Hiking Duration: 3 Hours)

In the morning, our team will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Galeshwor. It lies along the bank of the Kali Gandaki River. You need to trek for about 3 hours from Bans Kharka to Galeshwor. On the way, you will be crossing the suspension bridge over the deepest gorge of the Kali Gandaki River. Then your path will take you through the lush green forest. After some decent hike, you will reach Bans Kharka.

Day 2Trek To Naangi (2230 M), (Hiking Duration: 7 Hours )

Your destination for the day is Naangi. It is about a 6 to 7-hour walk from Bans Kharka to reach Naangi. You pass along the beautiful villages as you enjoy the stunning views of mountains and impressive landscapes. Today, you can also visit the organic farm school and Magar Settlement.

Day 3Trek To Mohare Danda (3300 M), (Hiking Duration: 7 Hours)

Continuing your trekking, you reach your destination i.e. Mohare Danda. The trail goes through beautiful forests of Oak and Rhododendrons. The magnificent views of mountains such as Mt. Fishtail, south Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Tukche are stunning. In the evening, you will observe a glorious sunset view from Mohare Danda station. After completing your sightseeing, get back to the eco-community management lodge.

Day 4Mohare Danda To Ghorepani (2874m), (Hiking Duration: 5 Hours)

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise and crystal clear views of the mountains. Mount Fishtail, Dhaulagiri II, Tukche, South Annapurna, Nilgiri, and other ranges are visible. Afterward, start your trek toward Deurali. Today your trail will lead you through the gradual ups and downs until you reach Ghorepani. It is about a 5-hour walk to reach Ghorepani from Mohare Danda. Upon arrival, check-in at the lodge and have a rest.

Day 5Ghorepani To Tadapani Village (1940 M) Via Poonhill (3210 M), (Hiking Duration: 6/7 Hours)

You will begin the trek to Poon Hill (3210m) in the early morning to catch the first ray of sunlight. The pleasant sunrise at the Poonhill trek will remain in your memories forever. Along with the sunrise view, you can witness the mountain ranges of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Then, you will return to Ghorepani for breakfast. After breakfast, start trekking uphill (Gurung gaun) then Downhill to Banthathi then Tadapani village.

Day 6Tadapani To Chhumrung  (2000 M), (Hiking Duration: 5/6 Hours

After breakfast, you will descend to Kimrung Kholas and Hike to Chhumrung. You could have lunch at Kimrung Khola. The hiking trail gradually climbs the hill and reaches Chhumrung village. Overnight at

Day 7 Chhumrung to Jhinu Danda ( Hot spring) (1400m)  

After breakfast – slowly walk downhill and reach Jhinu Hot Spring, nice and enjoy the riverside and just chill the whole day.

Day 8Jhinu Danda to Tolka ( 1900m)

After breakfast hike down to the riverside and hike uphill to Landruek. Have some lunch at the village then hike to Tolka.

Day 9Tolka To Pokhara via Dhampus- 1000m

After breakfast hike to Deurali and have wonderful views and hike downhill to Dhampus and Phedi then drive back to Pokhara.
