This is a pilgrimage tour in Nepal tour begins from Kathmandu by visiting Pashupatinath Temple, taking grace with Lord God Shiva then proceeds to visit Manakamana and Muktinath Mandir. Upon Kathmandu arrival and hotel check-in, proceed to Pashupatinath Temple for special aarti Darshan. All four doors of Pashupatinath Temple will be opened during aarti. Take Darshan of all the four faces of Pashupatinath and listen to the bhajan across the bank of the holy Bagmati River. The next day you will drive to Pokhara. On the way, stop at the Manakamana Temple; it is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Bhagwoti, an incarnation of Parvati.
Muktinath Enjoy the view of Greenery Hills, lots of small Villages, Trishuli River, and Marsyangdi River on the way. The next day, we continued the scenic drive to Jomsom and onward to Kagbeni. The route follows the Kaligandaki River, Rupse waterfall, and many more. Jomsom, part of the Mustang District is the first desert view of your journey. Early in the morning visit Kagbeni, Perform pooja, and then drive to the Muktinath Temple. The sacred Muktinath Temple in the Muktinath Valley is revered by Hindus and Buddhists. The temple, known as Mukti Kshetra, holds significance for its Sri Vaishnava origin and is worshipped by both communities. Experience the spiritual ritual of taking a holy bath under 108 water springs and 2 holy Kunda. The water from Kali Gandaki downstream is the source of Silas or Saligram used in Vishnu temple establishments worldwide.
Muktinath is a revered pilgrimage site for Hindus, Buddhists, and Vaishnavas. After visiting the temple, return to Jomsom, then to Tatopani with its hot springs. Proceed back to Pokhara to explore highlights like the World Peace Pagoda, Bindabasini Temple, Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and Barahi Temple at Fewa Lake. The tour concludes in Kathmandu.

Welcome to Nepal! When you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by an Asian Heritage Treks & Travel representative holding a sign with your name on it. After resting some time you will go to the area around the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites in South-East Asia. You can observe Hindus performing a ritual body cremation ceremony on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River and you can have an opportunity to observe the Aarati; it is a ritual that allows everyone to be a part of it and creates an environment of union of God and the devotees. Then, return to your hotel to rest.

After having your breakfast, start your drive to Pokhara; it is 210 km away from Kathmandu, and it takes approximately 7-8 hours to drive. You can stop at Kurintar and take a cable car to visit Manakamana temple, about 10 minutes cable car ride from a station you will be at the Manakamana temple; it is a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati’ who is believed to have the power to fulfill wishes. After visiting this site again you will be back by cable car to Kurintar and continue driving towards Pokhara.

Today is the most valuable day for you. Early in the morning, you will perform pooja at the Kagbeni; it is one of the famous religious sites for Hindu pilgrims. Kagbeni is famous for Pitri-Puja which is also called Pitri- Moksastala which is done to remove the lost souls of ancestors from hell and help them to reach heaven resulting in blessing to all the family members. So Kagbeni is an important place for Hindus to perform Pitri-sraddha. That’s why many Hindu pilgrims stop at Kagbeni, usually the day before going to Muktinath, to perform the final ritual for the departed soul of their ancestors. And then drive to the Muktinath Temple to worship in the Muktinath Temple.
It is a sacred place both for Hindus and Buddhists located in Muktinath Valley. The Hindus call the sacred place Mukti Kshetra, which means the “place of salvation”. Mainly the temple is predominantly of Sri Vaishnava origin and is worshipped by Buddhists. Visit the Shree Muktinath Temple, and take a holy bath under 108 water springs and 2 holy Kunda. After puja and completion of all the rituals, we then drive back to Tatopani. Many tourists who return from the Annapurna trek and Mustang tour enjoy bathing in the hot water spring of the Kaligandaki corridor. As you like you can take a dip in the hot springs and relax your muscles.

Begin your day with a drive to Pokhara about a 3- 4 hour drive you will reach your hotel in Pokhara. Make a hotel check-in and take sometime rest. After resting for some time you will start your pokhara highlight tour. You will visit the World Peace Stupa, an hour’s drive from Pokhara.
